Eligibility: To be eligible for the Bright Smile Marketing guarantee, you must be a qualified dental practice and meet specific criteria determined by Bright Smile Marketing.
Commitment: Bright Smile Marketing commits to working with you to achieve a minimum of ten new patient appointments per month. However, you must fully commit to and implement the recommended strategies and tactics to receive the best results.
Responsibility: Both Bright Smile Marketing and the client must work together to ensure the success of the marketing plan. Bright Smile Marketing is not responsible for the client's failure to follow the agreed-upon plan or for external factors beyond our control.
Free Support: If the agreed-upon target of ten new patient appointments per month is not met, Bright Smile Marketing will provide additional support and work with the client until the target is met at no additional cost.
Termination: Bright Smile Marketing reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time if the client fails to comply with the agreed-upon plan or if external factors make it impossible to achieve the desired results.
Limitation of Liability: Bright Smile Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Head office in which Bright Smile Marketing is located.
